SAFARI ITINERARY AT GLANCE
Day 1: Arrival in Uganda – Entebbe or Kampala
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional safari representative and transferred to your reserved hotel in either Kampala or Entebbe.
Relax and recover from your journey as you prepare for your exciting Uganda wildlife and primate safari adventure.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park & Rhino Tracking
After an early breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and most spectacular national park. Along the way, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting Rhino Tracking Experience, giving you the chance to complete your Big 5 wildlife sightings in Uganda.
Enjoy lunch en route before continuing to the park. Upon arrival, visit the breathtaking Top of Murchison Falls, where the mighty River Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before crashing down dramatically. After photography and sightseeing, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Nile Boat Cruise & Evening Game Drive in Murchison Falls
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading for a memorable boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls along the River Nile.During the cruise, you may spot like the Nile crocodiles, Hippos in addition to visiting Elephants , Buffaloes Kingfishers and other water birds there after return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the evening, proceed for a thrilling game drive across the savannah plains where you will encounter Rothschild giraffes, Uganda kobs , Elephants , Buffaloes , Antelopes and if you lucky you spot predators like Lions ,Leopards, Hyenas, White-backed vultures ,Rüppell’s vultures.
After the game drive, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park – The Primate Capital of the World
After breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park, famously known as the Primate Capital of the World due to its high concentration of primates.
Depending on your preference, this journey can be done by road or domestic flight. Enjoy scenic countryside views, tea plantations, and local villages along the way.
Arrive in the evening and check into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest
Wake up early for breakfast and head to the Uganda Wildlife Authority briefing center for guidelines about chimpanzee trekking.Enter the tropical rainforest of Kibale in search of habituated chimpanzee families. Along the trek, you may also encounter, Black-and-white colobus monkeys .Red-tailed monkeys ,L’Hoest monkeys ,Olive baboons andVarious bird species.
Once you locate the chimpanzees, spend one unforgettable hour observing their behavior, communication, feeding habits, and social interactions in their natural habitat.After the trek, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s most popular safari destinations known for its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife.
Upon arrival, check into your lodge and later enjoy an evening boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel.This water channel attracts large concentrations of wildlife including,Buffaloes ,Hippos ,Elephants , Crocodiles Antelopes ,The Kazinga Channel is also a paradise for bird lovers with numerous bird species visible during the cruise.Enjoy a spectacular African sunset before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Lake Katwe, Flamingos & Ishasha Tree-Climbing Lions
After breakfast, visit Lake Katwe, a traditional salt mining lake located within Queen Elizabeth National Park. Learn about the history of salt mining and interact with the local community. Continue to Lake Munyanyange, famous for seasonal flamingos and excellent bird watching opportunities.
After lunch, proceed to the Ishasha Sector, renowned for its rare Tree-Climbing Lions often seen resting in fig trees during the evening hours. After your wildlife experience, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive around the Mweya Peninsula in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Possible wildlife sightings include Warthogs, Elephants, Buffaloes Lions, Leopards, Hyenas Various antelope species
After lunch, continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. Arrive at your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi & Optional Batwa Cultural Experience
After an early breakfast, report to the Uganda Wildlife Authority headquarters for a briefing about gorilla trekking rules and guidelines.You will be allocated a gorilla family and grouped into small trekking teams led by experienced ranger guides.The gorilla trek can take between 1 to 8 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family. Once found, you will spend one magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.This is one of the most unforgettable wildlife experiences in Africa.
After the trek, you may choose to visit the indigenous Batwa community to learn about their traditional forest lifestyle, music, dance, and cultural heritage.Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Departure – Transfer to Entebbe or Kampala
